CONTAINS SPOILERS!
The scenes where young Din and young Li Na were playing were entertaining af especially that scene where they were mourning for Clucky but they actually cooked him. Poor Clucky. Also, the part where Long doesn't know what everything around him was, that was funny LMAOOO.

So this scene where Din was being scolded and hit by his mom and the neighbors are so...whadoyacallit...into your business…something like that, and is always there for the "tea". As an Asian teenager, I relate to this so much, with the scolding and being hit with anything the first thing they caught with their hands back when I was a kid and the neighbors who's always up in your business and gossiping about you. LMAOOOO the latter is very popular and common in where I'm from.

Okay, so during this scene, I had a hunch that this man and Li Na's father are the same person and I became so sure when I knew they had a huge amount of loan to pay. And so I went back and boy, do they look alike, there's no way I'll be wrong about this.

And that's not the only thing, I also noticed the similarity of the background of the office. See? It all makes sense, he has a lot of debts, he's gonna be bankrupt soon and he needs that teapot because he's gonna wish A LOT of money.

The movie is so funny, no doubt about that, but the scenes that gave me a hard time containing my laughter was these (I was watching this at 12 a.m. and everyone around me was asleep) LMAOOO!! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY FUNNY ISTG HAHAHAHA

I was actually tearing up at this scene. Like, girlie did not forget her roots y'all. I loved how she remembered everything as if it all happened yesterday (I guess that's because those days in that same shikumen where she used to have fun playing with Din were here best memories and also because that's just who she really is.)

She can be graceful and fancy but being this badass woman who's not afraid to kick some ass is her true self. Like, remember this scene where she said she always wanted to be a street fighter and how she wants to learn kung fu from Din. See? That's really her.

I like this scene. It shows that these people right here are her people. They are talking to her not about business but because they are catching up with her and having fun at the same time (I mean, they were gossipers, but they're fun to be with. Gonna give them that.) If you look at this picture, you'll see that even if Li Na is a known celebrity, she definitely belongs in this place. I mean, just look at these!

Ofc, no matter how much fun you had. At the end of the day, you have to go back to reality and that's so sad.

When Din said, "So give me that pile of gold and I can have some of that good life. People will treat me with respect." That hit hard and that happens in real life, too. In gatherings, people ask you about what your job is so they know how much or how little the respect they should give. Some rich people look down on those that are not the same level as theirs. Also, I've heard parents use street sweepers as a bad example for their kids, saying that if they don't finish their school, they're going to end up like them. And that boils my blood istg. Why not instead of saying that, we can say, "If you study well, you'll be able have a a decent job and a decent salary and you can help them" like you know, there's no point in degrading anyone. Life's hard and we're all just trying to get by so BE KIND.
When Long showed Din his story and when he said "Idk the meaning of life, but the things you care about, your friends, your family, are worth more than anything I've ever possessed and no amount of gold can buy that" I legit cried. I won't say that "Money can't buy happiness" 'cause I think that's not true and the term "happiness" is broad. With money, I believe that you can buy material things that'll make you happy, like a brand new car, newly released phone, a jetski, or new materials for a hobby you enjoy. But what I do know is that money can't buy you real friends that are there for you whenever you need them, it can't buy you a family where you feel belonged, it can't buy you the feeling of being loved and being happy with the people that surround you and things like that.
The events that happened after Long grant his final wish, my tears were flowing nonstop. Like when her mother said "I'm sorry I couldn't give you a better life" that flippin broke me and Din responded "You've given me a lot, mom. Everything that matters." Sometimes, no matter how hard life gets, I hope that once in a while, we can look at the bright side. Look at the cup half full not half empty, you know. I hope that we'd be able to be grateful and be happy even on the smallest things.

Oh so the condition for Long to go back down to Earth to grant Din's last wish was he has to serve another ten masters? That's sad but I'm glad that he started to love what he's doing and he's hoping to make a difference down here and he now has a friend (which is Din) and I hope in all the masters.

Overall, it was a great movie, I learned a lot from it. I feel like this is gonna be one of my comfort movies that I'm gonna watch a hundred times and still never get tired of it. If I were to give a rating, it's truly 5 out of 5 'cause everything's just well-blended. From the comedy to the action to the dramatic parts and I also love the animation, like you know, their facial expressions...I just can't put in into words...you know the exaggerated movements in cartoon movies like if one kicked you, you'll be lunged far far away or you'll spin in the air and then fall. You know, things like that. Idk if you get it but yeah...that's it.
Also, when I watched it the second time, I noticed something...Are these two woman the same person? or are they twins? They look alike, and the only thing to distinguish who's who is the mole on the face of the rich one.
